Citrix Workspace Mobile App Login

This article describes how to install Citrix Workspace app (formerly Citrix Receiver) on Android Phones and Tablets.

Background

Citrix receiver workspace app for windows With Citrix Workspace app for the Android phones and tablets, you can access any Citrix Virtual Apps (formerly XenApp) hosted applications. You can view, review, edit, and interact with full-featured Windows applications, documents, and data like you would if you were using your PC.

Instructions

Complete the following procedure to install Citrix Workspace App on Android phones and tablets:

  1. (Navigate) to Android Market Application and (Click) Android Market.

  2. (Search) for Citrix Workspace app. via Search tool bar,
  3. ​(Click) Install.
  4. (Click) Accept & download to install Citrix Workspace app
  5. The Citrix Workspace app application is installed and ready to use.

Problem Cause

Some authentication profiles use advanced authentication methods that are not supported by Workspace App. Workspace App supports the most basic methods such as Domain only, Token only, Domain + Token and Client Certificate. (See documents on the solution section).
