I also tested dupeGuru Music Edition, and dupeGuru Picture Edition which are very good applications for their particular cases. The particular applications are better for the dedicated jobs, but if you need a universal application, then dupeGuru is for you.
From the performance point of view, dupeGuru is somewhere between the previously tested applications. It works very fast with medium sized directories, in the same way as dupeGuru Music Edition works, but it gets stuck if you add huge directories, in the same way as dupeGuru Picture Edition does.
